Introduction and acceptance

These Terms & Conditions constitute an agreement between each user and the entity responsible for operating the relevant moga88 services. • “MYR” or “RM” means Malaysian Ringgit, where accepted and displayed as the relevant transaction currency.

Account eligibility and age requirement

You may use gambling-related moga88 services only if you are at least 21 years old, have legal capacity to enter a binding agreement, and are not prohibited from gambling under laws or restrictions applicable to you. moga88 may request evidence of age, identity, residential address, payment ownership or source of funds at any time.

You must not access moga88 on behalf of a minor, permit a person below 21 to use your device or Account, or provide false information to bypass eligibility controls. Employees, contractors and persons connected with an event may be restricted from wagering where a conflict of interest exists.

Registration and account security

Any information supplied during registration or verification must be complete, current and accurate. A user may not create duplicate Accounts, sell or transfer an Account, register with another person's details, or allow another person to place wagers through the Account. moga88 may treat related identities, addresses, devices, payment methods or activity patterns as evidence requiring further review.

You are responsible for keeping login credentials confidential and for using a strong, unique password. You must not disclose your password, one-time code or verification answer to another person, including anyone claiming to represent moga88. Suspected unauthorised access must be reported promptly through the displayed support details.

Acceptable use and prohibited conduct

You agree not to use moga88 for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive activity. Prohibited conduct includes:

• money laundering, terrorist financing, payment fraud or use of funds belonging to another person;
• collusion, match manipulation, insider betting, bonus abuse or deliberate exploitation of an obvious pricing or technical error;
• using bots, scripts, automated scraping tools or software designed to interfere with games, markets or security controls;
• attempting to bypass location, identity, responsible-gambling or Account restrictions;
• threatening support personnel, uploading malicious material or disrupting the moga88 website; and
• misrepresenting your identity, age, residence, payment ownership or source of funds.

moga88 may investigate unusual activity and may delay settlement or withdrawal while a reasonable compliance, security or integrity review takes place.

Deposits, withdrawals and MYR payments

Transactions must use payment instruments lawfully held and controlled by the Account owner. Third-party payments may be rejected. The minimum and maximum amounts, available channels, fees and estimated processing times displayed at the point of transaction form part of these moga88 Terms & Conditions.

DuitNow and supported e-wallet transactions may be processed quickly, while FPX or online banking through Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online or Hong Leong Connect may require additional provider processing. Stated times are estimates rather than guarantees. Bank maintenance, identity checks and transaction reviews may cause delays.

Before approving a withdrawal, moga88 may request identity, payment ownership and source-of-funds documents. Where reasonably possible, withdrawals may be returned through the same method used for deposits. Currency conversion and provider charges, if any, may affect the final amount received.

Bonuses, rewards and promotional terms

Each moga88 promotion may have separate eligibility criteria, opt-in steps, minimum deposit requirements, wagering or rollover conditions, game contribution rates, maximum-bet limits, expiry periods and maximum cash-out rules. Promotion-specific terms prevail if they conflict with a general promotional description.

For example, a MYR 100 bonus subject to X10 wagering may require MYR 1,000 in qualifying wagers before eligible winnings can be withdrawn. Slots may contribute 100%, while table games may contribute a lower percentage or be excluded. A sticky bonus cannot itself be withdrawn, although qualifying winnings may be eligible subject to the applicable terms.

moga88 may withhold or remove a bonus where there is evidence of duplicate Accounts, coordinated betting, low-risk wagering intended solely to complete rollover, use of excluded games, or bets above the stated promotional cap.

Wagers, odds, game rules and settlement

A wager is valid only after acceptance and recording by the relevant moga88 system. A bet appearing in a bet slip but not confirmed is not accepted. Users must review the selection, stake, odds and potential return before confirmation. Odds may change before acceptance, particularly during live football, EPL, Liga Super Malaysia and UFC markets.

Casino outcomes are determined under the applicable game rules. Sports wagers are settled using official results or recognised data sources selected for the relevant market. Abandoned, postponed, interrupted or rescheduled events may be voided or settled according to market-specific rules. Obvious errors in odds, event details or payout calculations may be corrected to the price or result reasonably available without that error.

Responsible gambling

Gambling involves risk and must be treated as paid entertainment, not employment, investment or a reliable source of income. You remain responsible for setting affordable deposit, loss and session limits. Never wager money required for rent, food, education, transport, medical needs or household commitments.

moga88 may provide cooling-off, limit-setting and self-exclusion arrangements. A request to restrict access should be made clearly and will be handled in accordance with the applicable procedure. Users must not attempt to evade a restriction by opening another Account or using someone else's identity.

Intellectual property

The moga88 name, website design, original text, graphics, databases, software interfaces and associated materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Access is granted solely for personal, non-commercial use. No content may be copied, republished, sold, reverse engineered or used to create a competing service without prior written permission.

References to Malaysian banks, e-wallets, sports competitions and game providers identify relevant services or subject matter. Their names and marks remain the property of their respective owners, and reference does not imply endorsement unless expressly stated.

Availability, disclaimers and limitation of liability

moga88 aims to provide accurate and available services but does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or continuously available access. Maintenance, communications failures, device incompatibility, banking interruptions and circumstances beyond reasonable control may affect availability.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, moga88 is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from lawful use of the services, personal betting decisions, third-party payment interruptions, or failure to secure Account credentials. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Suspension, closure and withheld transactions

moga88 may suspend or close an Account where required for security, verification, regulatory compliance, responsible gambling, investigation of prohibited conduct, breach of these terms, or protection of another user. Where lawful and appropriate, the user may be informed of the reason and any steps needed to complete a review.

Legitimate balances will be handled in accordance with applicable law and these terms. Funds, bonuses or winnings connected to fraud, duplicate Accounts, prohibited conduct or invalid transactions may be withheld, reversed or returned to the original payment source.

Changes to these Terms & Conditions

moga88 may update these terms to reflect legal requirements, service changes, new payment methods, security improvements or revised operational practices. The current version and effective date will be published on this page. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by applicable law.

If a material change requires separate consent, moga88 may request confirmation before further Account use. Users should review this page periodically and retain a copy of any version relevant to an unresolved transaction or dispute.
